ACADEMY CULTURAL TRIP TO LEVERKUSEN, GERMANY
Leverkusen is the twin town of Bracknell. Following our performance of a Titanic Medley at South Hill Park for visitors from Leverkusen the Academy has been invited to visit the town to forge cultural links. This is a great honour and is a tribute to the standard of singing that our young cast achieved. The team from Leverkusen were so impressed they immediately, on the same night, invited us to arrange a cultural trip. On behalf of the Leverkusen twinning committee I would like to invite all Academy students 12 years and over to take part.
Details
We would fly from Gatwick to Germany on Monday 25th May - returning on Sunday 31st May. the children will be allocated host accommodation selected by the head of the twinning committee. A full itinerary of trips and meetings is planned, more details to follow. I am going to visit Germany in February to meet and plan the event. We would be sharing concert numbers from Ttanic.

Our trip to America was a great success and all of the students grew from the experience. I know that they will benefit from this trip the second in the Academy tradition of forging links across the world. A newsletter has gone out. If you missed the info then email me and I will re-send.
